  Chapter 11 - Embracing the sun on the cruise  Today I woke up around 2 am and as usual I went to the window to check the sky, it was full of clouds, I went back to bed and forced myself to relax and dozed off, waking up again hours later wanting to go to the bathroom (around 5 am). I started preparing breakfast and the sky continued to be intensely cloudy, the wind didn't seem strong (no noise from the window) but the temperature was low between 10 and 12°C that early in the morning, my attention turned to household tasks such as washing clothes, store previously washed and dried clothes , preparing lunch and food to last more than one day was also one of my tasks because  there was a possibility of spending the day out on a trip, and i don't want to think about food when I returned because probably i will be physically wasted.     I tried to negotiate a transfer to the Shangrilá complex, an area considered sacred by the Indians who inhabited the region hundre...

  Capítulo 11 - Abrançado o sol no cruzeiro       Hoje acordei por volta das 2 da manhã e como de costume fui até a janela checar o céu , estava repleto de nuvens , voltei para cama e me forcei a relaxar e assim cochilei , voltando a despertar horas depois com vontade de ir ao banheiro (perto das 5 da manhã). Iniciei o preparo do café da manhã e o céu continuava com intensa nebulosidade , o vento não parecia forte (sem ruidos na janela) porém a temperatura estava baixa entre 10 e 12°C nesse início de manhã minha atenção se voltou para tarefas domésticas como lavar roupas , guardar roupas previamente lavadas e secas.     Preparar o almoço em quantidade suficiente para mais de um dia também foi uma das minhas tarefas pois vislumbrando a possibilidade de passar o dia fora em algum passeio , não teria motivos para pensar no quesito alimentação no retorno.   Chapter 10 – Revisiting places           Impressively , i had a restless sleep , with nightmares , paradoxically after the lightness and fullness felt yesterday at the waterfalls , i woke up early and didn’t even get out of bed to check the time because everything was dark. I tried to go back to sleep but i couldn’t so i keep myself on bed until i saw the slightest light in the skies (probably between 5 and 6 o’clock). I got up and from the window i could see a strong fog from the skies to the streets, visibility was very reduced. I directed my attention to writing and the breakfast , during the breakfast , my mind moved on to reflections , memories of what i saw and experienced on the waterfalls , was my restless sleep the result of energetic manipulations? There at the waterfalls i saw people committed to energy manipulation but i was so integrated into that divine exuberance that i didn’t even think it was necessary comment on the previous chapter...

  Capítulo 10 – Revisitando lugares         Impressionantemente tive um sono agitado , com pesadelos , paradoxalmente após a leveza e plenitude sentida ontem nas cachoeiras , despertei cedo e sequer levantei da cama para checar o horário pois estava tudo escuro. Tentei voltar a dormir mas não consegui e assim que vi o mínimo de iluminação nos céus (provavelmente entre 5 e 6 horas) eu levantei e da janela pude ver uma forte neblina nos céus e envolvendo as ruas , a visibilidade estava bem reduzida. Direcionei minha atenção à escrita e ao café da manhã que preparava porém eventualmente minha mente decolava para reflexões , lembranças do que vi e vivi nas cachoeiras , seria meu sono agitado fruto de manipulações energéticas? Lá nas cachoeiras vi pessoas empenhadas na manipulação energética mas eu estava tão integrado àquela exuberância divina que sequer achei necessário comentar no capítulo prévio. Pensei no Sr. Chico Taquara , pessoa lendária aqui de São Tho...
