  Between synapses project  #29 (English) Me and them     They don't understand poetry; perhaps best ones (in my , quite not sure , point of view) are indeed incomprehensible to cognition and logical reasoning, made to be felt , to smile or to escape  They don't conceive that supposition, pretension, double meaning, metaphor, and so many other tortuous paths are part of the creative process       They don't realize that the explosion of light and shadows , colors and forms , sound and silence , movement and stillness in the now and then , are the climax for those who allow themselves to be hold by art      They don't know that artistic expression is not a choice but a basic necessity ; it is the nourishment and hydration for the spirit of those who produce and/or appreciate art       I'm sure of very little, remember far less , i feel much and I'm sorry for them (Português) Eu e eles       Eles não ente...

  Zero point  (english)       Yes, we've reached the end of  C.b. project with this composition entitled " Zero point" (a reference to one of the most impactful creations of the greatest inventor in recent history: Nikola Tesla). In this 10th composition, the piano takes center stage, but the bass is also present (in a subtle way) and the drums provide delicate accompaniment. From a personal point of view, I had great satisfaction in creating what I considered the technically "perfect" composition for the project's objective because it has a subtle beginning and end, a "peak" with a gradual increase (at the beginning) and decrease (at the end) in the intensity of the sound, it's a short composition (just over 2 minutes) so it doesn't become boring or tiring for those who don't appreciate jazz, and it has what I've always sought throughout the project, which is a striking characteristic: the "intervals" in the music are the...
