  Chapter 10 – Revisiting places           Impressively , i had a restless sleep , with nightmares , paradoxically after the lightness and fullness felt yesterday at the waterfalls , i woke up early and didn’t even get out of bed to check the time because everything was dark. I tried to go back to sleep but i couldn’t so i keep myself on bed until i saw the slightest light in the skies (probably between 5 and 6 o’clock). I got up and from the window i could see a strong fog from the skies to the streets, visibility was very reduced. I directed my attention to writing and the breakfast , during the breakfast , my mind moved on to reflections , memories of what i saw and experienced on the waterfalls , was my restless sleep the result of energetic manipulations? There at the waterfalls i saw people committed to energy manipulation but i was so integrated into that divine exuberance that i didn’t even think it was necessary comment on the previous chapter...

  Capítulo 10 – Revisitando lugares         Impressionantemente tive um sono agitado , com pesadelos , paradoxalmente após a leveza e plenitude sentida ontem nas cachoeiras , despertei cedo e sequer levantei da cama para checar o horário pois estava tudo escuro. Tentei voltar a dormir mas não consegui e assim que vi o mínimo de iluminação nos céus (provavelmente entre 5 e 6 horas) eu levantei e da janela pude ver uma forte neblina nos céus e envolvendo as ruas , a visibilidade estava bem reduzida. Direcionei minha atenção à escrita e ao café da manhã que preparava porém eventualmente minha mente decolava para reflexões , lembranças do que vi e vivi nas cachoeiras , seria meu sono agitado fruto de manipulações energéticas? Lá nas cachoeiras vi pessoas empenhadas na manipulação energética mas eu estava tão integrado àquela exuberância divina que sequer achei necessário comentar no capítulo prévio.   Chapter 9 – Into the flowing waters kingdom     I woke up around 1 am , saw a sky full of clouds , went back to bed and again fall asleep , woke up few hours later and stayed in bed until i saw some sign of light in the sky (around 6:30 am) , after breakfast and equipped with what i had to protect me from the cold (jacket, hat, gloves) , i left towards the lion’s cave , another famous tourist spot in São Thomé , when i got there , i saw a couple leaving , i imagine that they were about to wait/photograph the sunrise , which was already completely above the horizon. After several photos in the lower part of the cave , which actually looked like a narrow hole on a huge rock , i decided to climb to its roof , with a little difficulty and cautiously , within 10 minutes i was at the top taking photos and looking for a place to rest.   Capítulo 9 – No Reino das águas correntes     Despertei por volta de 1 da manhã , vi um céu repleto de nuvens , retornei para cama para tentar dormir , voltando a despertar algumas horas depois fiquei na cama até ver algum sinal de luminosidade no céu (por volta das 6:30 horas) , após o café da manhã e equipado com o que tinha para me proteger do frio (jaqueta , gorro , luvas) , saí rumo a toca do leão , outro famoso ponto turístico de São Thomé , quando cheguei lá , ví um casal saindo , imagino que ali estavam para esperar / fotografar o nascer do sol que já se mostrava completamente acima da linha do horizonte. Após várias fotos na parte baixa da toca que na verdade me parecia uma gruta com entrada bem estreita , decidi subir no seu teto , com um pouco de dificuldade e de forma cautelosa em 10 minutos eu estava no topo fazendo fotos e procurando um lugar para descansar.   Chapter 8 – Same place , brand new me     Yesterday the time i woke up was labeled as super early at around 3 am , i don’t know what word i can use to classify today’s situation. At 0:54 am i was standing up , after looking at the sky , taking a look at the cell phone to find out the time. I drank some water and went back to bed. In few minutes i fall asleep and when i woke up again my cell phone read 5:40 , the whole experience yesterday made me want to go back to the cave of holed stone in the morning and since a splendid event took place yesterday in the late afternoon , i imagined that the sunrise there could be another unforgettable experience , due to the time (it had to be quick) i went fasting , i only took water and tea in my backpack and hurried through the streets of São Thomé towards my destination.
